What counts as a "run"?
One workflow execution from trigger to completion — regardless of how many nodes it passes through. A 3-node workflow and a 30-node workflow both count as one run.
Do I pay extra per MCP integration?
No. Every plan includes the full MCP ecosystem. Connect GitHub, Slack, Salesforce, and everything else without per-connector fees.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period. No lock-in contracts on any plan.
What happens when I hit my run limit?
New triggers are paused until the next billing period. Running workflows complete normally — we never kill an execution mid-stream. You can upgrade instantly to resume.
Is there annual billing?
Yes. Starter, Professional, and Enterprise all offer annual billing with a 20% discount. Contact us after signing up to switch.
